The guides

The pages are educational writing about qualitative B2B research. “Claude” on this site names a listening practice — interviews, observation, friction notes, and restrained positioning — not a separate company and not a product guarantee. Examples are composites unless a page says otherwise. They teach a method. They are not case studies of a named customer, and they are not findings about a market.

No professional advice and no performance promise

Nothing on the site is legal, financial, or research-methods advice tailored to your organization. Recording consent, privacy notices, and procurement rules depend on facts we do not have. The guides insist that a handful of conversations is not a representative sample and that a story is not a return on investment. You may not cite gardrutdal as the source of a market percentage or a payback figure. If you need either, commission work designed for that purpose.

Intellectual property

The text, the arrangement of the guides, and the gardrutdal name as used on this site are owned by gardrutdal or used under permission. You may read the pages, quote a short passage with a link to the relevant URL on https://gardrutdal.cfd/, and share links. You may not copy the guides onto another site, sell them, or present them as your own method under a different publisher’s name. Trademarks that appear inside examples remain the property of their owners; gardrutdal does not claim them.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, probe, or overload the site, do not submit someone else’s email address to the list, and do not use the pages to harvest addresses. Do not misrepresent a composite example as a measured result. Automated collection that degrades the service is not allowed. Ordinary linking and personal note-taking are allowed.

The field-note list

If you submit an email address, you ask gardrutdal to send occasional notes about the guides. You can stop that at any time by writing to [email protected]. We may decline or remove an address that was submitted in bad faith. Delivery is not guaranteed; spam filters and full mailboxes are outside our control. The handling of that address is described in the privacy policy.

Third-party services

WhatsApp links leave this site and are governed by that service. Google Fonts is loaded so the pages can use the stated typefaces. gardrutdal is not responsible for the content or policies of those services. A link is not an endorsement of a vendor mentioned as an example of a buying situation.

Disclaimer

The site is provided as is and as available. gardrutdal disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the extent US law allows. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or that a method will produce a given commercial outcome. Research quality depends on how you recruit, ask, and write.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, gardrutdal is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the site, even if we have been told such damages are possible. Our total liability for a claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars. Some states do not allow certain limitations; in those states, the limitation applies only as far as the law permits. These terms do not limit liability for fraud or for any matter that cannot be limited under Massachusetts law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, excluding conflict-of-law rules that would send the dispute elsewhere. Courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts, are the exclusive venue, except that we may seek injunctive relief for misuse of the guides in another court of competent jurisdiction. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
